Nam Ngiew Ground pork and red curry soup
Chef Aon has adapted this Chiang mai classic to be thicker and meatier, pork is simmered with red curry paste, coconut, tomato, onion, cilantro and garlic. garnished with sliced cabbage, bean sprout, fried garlic, chili flake, lime, cilantro and green onion. Medium spice. Contains soy.
